With a career spanning three decades, Jennifer Baltimore is a seasoned deal lawyer and strategic advisor with deep experience across entertainment, media and technology. Her work is grounded in business acumen, legal fluency, and an intuitive understanding of swift and effective deal making.

Before launching her boutique practice, Jennifer held senior roles at Universal Music Group, Verizon Hearst Media Partners (now Complex Networks), AOL, Fox Interactive Media, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. As Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at UMG, she guided and implemented legal strategy for film, TV, podcast, live event, and catalog distribution deals.
